LIBRARY OPENING HOURS
Wednesday 10.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 10.00am to 1.00pm. Also open during Section meetings.
SECTION MEETING TIMES
General 1st Wednesday Meal (pre-booked) 6.30pm, meeting 8.00pm
Classic 1st Friday of the month 8.00pm start, drinks from 6.30pm
HQ 3rd Wednesday of the month 8.00pm start
HRR 2nd Tuesday of alternate months
Veteran 3rd Friday of the month 8.00pm start.
Vintage 2nd Friday of the month 8.00pm start
Competition Meetings held quarterly
Forum Meetings
Forum meetings are held bi-monthly: on the first Tuesday of February, April, June, August, October and December. All members are encouraged to attend to discuss issues that are happening within the Club. Any suggestions for topics for the Forum should be in the office on the Wednesday prior to the Forum for inclusion on the Agenda. They are chaired by and attended by Board Members and give members the opportunity to discuss issues directly with the Board. Meetings begin at 6.00pm and finish at approximately 7.30pm with a light supper following.
